  • Each contest is governed by specific rules, point systems, and deadlines, all detailed on the Platform.
  • We reserve the right to cancel, modify, or reschedule contests due to technical glitches, suspected fraud, or unexpected situations.

4. Payments & Withdrawals

  • Participation in paid contests requires sufficient wallet balance.
  • Deposits are processed through secure third-party gateways.
  • Withdrawals are made to verified Indian bank accounts or UPI IDs, subject to successful KYC verification.
  • Bonus funds or promotional credits may come with specific restrictions.
  • We are not liable for withdrawal or deposit delays caused by banks, technical failures, or user-provided errors.

5. Taxation

  • You are fully responsible for adhering to tax obligations related to your earnings on the Platform.
  • Shiva Cricket may deduct applicable taxes or issue tax documents in accordance with Indian tax laws.
